What to Eat to Solve Health Problems

It is a stated fact that fruits and vegetables are useful for our health. Some of them even resemble certain organs of our body and, accidentally or not, produce a positive effect on them. The following list of healthy products will provide you with an idea of what to eat to get rid of this or that health problem.

Carrot and eye. If you cut a carrot transversely you will see that this vegetable resembles an eye. Moreover, it is really useful for your eye health. It contains a great amount of vitamins and antioxidants such as beta-carotene which decreases the possibility of yellow spot degeneration – the reason of loss of the sight among elderly people.

Walnut and brain. The shape of sweet and wrinkled walnut reminds of brain; even the division of this product into two parts resembles two hemispheres of the brain. Walnuts are called “food for brain” not in vain – they are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which help to support the functions of brain.

Celery and bones. Long stems of celery look like human bones and are useful for them as well. Celery is a source of silicon which is included in the molecular structure of bones.

Avocado and womb. Bulb-like shape of avocado resembles womb. This fruit supports reproductive function of female body. It is a good source of folic acid which prevents the womb from cervical dysplasia and decreases the risk of cancer.

Tomato and Heart. Tomato as well as human heart has separate cameras. Lycopene which is contained in these vegetables helps to avoid cardiovascular diseases. If you mix tomatoes with some amount of fat such as olive oil or avocado, it will increase the level of acceptance of lycopene by your body in ten times.

Ginger and stomach. The root of ginger resembles your digestion organ to some extent and influences it in a positive way as well. Ginger helps to fight sea weakness and symptoms of intoxication caused by acid smell or taste. Chopped root of this plant removes even the strongest nausea and vomiting. Besides, ginger helps to reduce nausea of pregnant women.

Red wine and blood. Red wine which looks like blood contains substances which thin the blood and reduce the number of clots in it. Antioxidants and polyphenols protect from harmful substances in blood such as cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart diseases in this way.
